TCOE is an organic pastured egg operation run by husband and wife, Jay & Suzie Trexler at Potrero Nuevo Farm. We pull our moveable coop to fresh green grass each week, ensuring happy outdoor hens and healthy eggs that are as rich in nutrition as they are color. Our yolks are naturally bright orange and full of omega 3's.

Our flock of 195 heritage hens enjoy organic pasture and organic feed and produce eggs of all colors, from deep brown to light blue. Organic eggs are available at $7/dozen from the farm. Quarterly subscriptions are also available at $6.50/dozen/week. Pick up at the farm or in Half Moon Bay.
